Primary Season Art
Date: 2012-08-25 05:53 pm (UTC)The composition of the wallpaper is wonderful. How John is torn between his heart and his ambition, how Rodney has a part in both. Rodney's face is so beautifully smug, and poor John looks torn about what to do. And I loved that you used "I shouldn't have to choose" because it sums it up so nicely.
John looks wonderfully confident in his campaign poster. (And they both look so hot in suits!)
I think it's very fitting that Mitchell's campaign poster makes him seem more approachable than John who has a harder time connecting to voters.
And that Vegas animation fits so well to the story. Rodney especially is so very much like his Vegas version in this story with the smug confidence that he knows everything, even people, only to have to come to terms with the fact that you cannot predict John Sheppard.
Thank you so much for the beautiful art!
